Delivery, set up and pickup is available on request. Most clients prefer this service to ensure proper setup and demonstration if a tech from Lux is not needed to run the systems for the event.

Full payment for most rental equipment is made in advance of pickup by client or delivery to the client's event location. Larger events with established clients incur a 50% deposit in advance of delivery. Cancellation may be made and a refund given on rentals up to 48hrs; 50% refunded in the 24 to 48hr window from event.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours before the event are responsible for the entire rental amount of Event or Rental Agreement since we have already allocated time and resources to reserving and packing the equipment and/ or scheduling delivery personnel and techs.

Yes! Though we specialize in audio, we also have lighting rigs, projection screens, and video projectors available for your event. We have or can aquire whatever AV equipment is necessary to perfectly stage your event.

Our Primary focus is the Denver Metro area and surrounding suburbs.We are however happy to serve any front range area or high country area for an additional service fee. schedule permitting.

Yes within reason. We prefer a minimum of 48 hrs notice but if you get into a bind we may be able to help. We are happy to get you what you need last minute if the equipment is available and we have staff free to deliver it. It never hurts to ask so just give us a call.

We are happy to provide just a single microphone or a couple of cords to help you pull off your event as long as it isn't already spoken for. Please check our gear list to see if we have the item you need. Even if we don't we can probably point you in the right direction.
