Is delivery and setup include?

It is in our Platinum packages. For our lower priced Silver and Gold Packages Delivery and setup is an aditional charge depending on how far away from our warehouse we have to travel.

Question 2

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

There is a 25% reservation charge for us to reserve the equipment for your event. This is fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hrs of your booking for any reason. After the initial 48 hrs the deposit it is non refundable since we must remove the equipment from availability. Cancellations with less than 36 hrs before the event are responsible for the entire rental fee in addition to the deposit, since we have already allocated time and resources to reserving packing the equipment and ascheduling delivery personel.

Do you offer lighting and video equipment in addition to audio equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Though we specialize in audio, we also have lighting rigs, projection screens, monitors and video projectors available for your event. We have or can aquire whatever AV equipment is necessary to perfectly stage your event.

Question 4

What areas do you service?

Our Primary focus is the Denver Metro area and surrounding suburbs.We are however happy to serve any front range area or high country area for an additional service fee. schedule permitting.

Question 5

Can you accomodate last minute bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes within reason. We prefer a minimum of 48 hrs notice but if you get into a bind we may be able to help. We are happy to get you what you need last minute if the equipment is available and we have staff free to deliver it. It never hurts to ask so just give us a call.

Question 6

Can you provide just a single item or do you only provide packages.

Accepted Answer

We are happy to provide just a single microphone or a couple of cords to help you pull off your event as long as it isn't already spoken for. Please check our gear list to see if we have the item you need. Even if we don't we can probably point you in the right direction. We also offer al la carte pricing on all our equipment. call for more information and to discuss your particular needs.
